Healthy vegan snacks are easy. Carrots, celery, root veg crisps and hummus are my quick go to options, as are my selection of nuts, raisins and cranberries. However sometimes I just need a bit more of a treat.
Luckily there are loads of yummy recipes out there and so I have started off by making the Bosh Banana bread (with chocolate) and Bosh Bars (with fruit and nuts). Both were very easy to make, lasted well in airtight containers and hit the spot perfectly!
